The design of Dr. Gem Acu Spots Massage Slippers is based on a technique that is thousands of years old with origins in Ancient China,Egypt and the United States; the principles of foot reflexology.
This therapeutic technique is based on the stimulation of the reflex zones on the foot, using acupressure.
Pressure is applied to certain specific areas on the foot to provide benefits for other body parts and organs.
The Dr Gem acu spots massage slippers help to achieve a mental and physical balance and to prevent different ailments, thanks to its 82 acupressure points (41 on each slipper).
They are ideal for alleviating nervous tension and stress, purifying and eliminating toxins, and for activating blood circulation, the endocrine system and the immune system.
Additionally, they benefit muscle relaxation and improve sleep quality.
